It was New’s Years Day. The whole world is waking up to a brand new beginning. Anything is possible. 2017 is the start to a new chapter in the books. Everyone feels energized and excited, taking today to start off by doing whatever it is that they want to continue doing throughout the rest of the year. The story is no different for me, I began the year perfectly and if I could make every day just like this one, I’d be one happy photographer!

Gabi had contacted me to set up a family photoshoot to commemorate her son, Daniel’s very first Christmas season!! We decided that Bok Towers would be a beautiful place to do that, and we were definitely right about that! This was my first trip and I was so in awe of how gorgeous it was that I left that day being a passholder! They had miles and miles of gardens, flowers and amazing landscaping to explore; including a section decorated for the season.

You have an absolutely beautiful family and the sweetest son! There is a special glow in your eyes when you look at your family that needs no words to express the love you have. You, Joshua and Daniel were so amazing to work with and I am so thrilled that you allowed me to capture these precious memories for you! I couldn’t think of a better way to spend my New Year’s day than walking around Bok Towers, getting to know your family and taking photos that you will be able to cherish forever. I cannot wait until the next time we are able to meet up again! Thank you!
